Crispy Roast Potatoes
This is the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other occassion
Equipment
- 1 Baking Tray
- 1 Colander
- 1 Drinking Glass
Ingredients
- 600 g Charlote or Baby Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Chopped Sage
- 2 tbsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Vegan Butter
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Peper
Instructions
- Wash potatoes
- Cook potatoes until soft
- Strain potatoes and add to oiled baking tray
- Add herbs, salt and pepper
- Melt butter and pour over and shake up the tray. At this point, do not worry if the potatoes break up as this is exactly what we want
- Bake potatoes for 25 minutes, take them out and press them down with a glas
- Bake potatoes for 20 more minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with fresh herbs on top
