Crispy Roast Potatoes
This is the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other occassion

1 Baking Tray
1 Colander
1 Drinking Glass
- 600 g Charlote or Baby Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Chopped Sage
- 2 tbsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Vegan Butter
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Peper
Wash potatoes
Cook potatoes until soft
Strain potatoes and add to oiled baking tray
Add herbs, salt and pepper
Melt butter and pour over and shake up the tray. At this point, do not worry if the potatoes break up as this is exactly what we want
Bake potatoes for 25 minutes, take them out and press them down with a glas
Bake potatoes for 20 more minutes or until golden brown
Serve with fresh herbs on top
