Today I would like to write about the 5 Things I Learned From Blair Waldorf.
1. Dream Big
Okay, I am one of those people that probably dream way too big, but guess what, it will not do you any harm to do so. Just like Norman Vincent Peale said:
‘Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.’
Blair taught me to always go the extra mile towards my goal and never give up. I think that she probably inspired many young girls to go after their dreams… Before you give up, always ask yourself, what would Blair Waldorf do?
2. Being a Business Woman
To be honest I wanted to go to uni since I was 6 years old. I always told everyone how I will be going to university when I grow up. Yes, I was one of those children that were really annoying and would question everything the teacher told us because… why not?
When I turned 14, I was sure that I want to study International Business Management and Marketing – so I did!
3. When In Doubt, Dress Like Audrey Hepburn
Don’t get me wrong, I love loose-fitting sweaters and skinny jeans paired with red Vans, but sometimes even I need to dress up. I have learned to have a few classic-Audrey-Hepburn-inspired pieces at home, for those days that need to dress up. I mean if it is good enough for Blair Waldorf, then it is certainly good enough for me. You see, Audrey is always with us, one way or another.
4. Whatever You Want, Make It Happen
The biggest lesson of them all is of course:
“TIGHTS ARE NOT PANTS!”
What did you learn from Queen B?
